In June of 2018, Peter Emery of Kennebunk, along with Jerry Prial, Bruce Forsley and Mike McGrail, all spirits-loving men with extensive knowledge and backgrounds in the craft beer and wine industry, sat down to discuss an idea. “We saw the spiked seltzer market exploding," Prial said.
