The past year of Covid closures has posed a serious challenge to the hospitality sector, as restaurants, bars and hotels grappled with navigating regulations and developing new income streams in the form of at-home offerings. What are your plans for reopening?
The long-awaited reopening of the hospitality industry means we can return to our favourite restaurants and bars to drink and dine once more. Many of our 2021 nominees boast prime al fresco real estate, from Folie’s sprawling garden on London's Golden Square to Davies And Brook’s terrace, where guests can while away an afternoon sampling their signature CFC (Claridge’s Fried Chicken to the uninitiated) and getting acquainted with their brand spanking new cocktail list. As long as the great British weather plays ball, there’s really nowhere else we’d rather be.
