Baker will take a closer look at the people in Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) life as he tries to figure out who mowed the victim down that night. B&B fans know Thomas was stunned when Deputy Chief Baker implied that he might’ve had something to do with Vinny’s death. Baker pointed out that Thomas would’ve had a motive due to Vinny’s paternity test tampering betrayal.
