By Anna Fixsen Bildfeldt AB IKEA, the flatpack juggernaut responsible for revolutionizing home design and the Swedish meatball, has today unveiled a new limited-edition drop of home accessories in partnership with a group of international artists and designers. The 2021 IKEA Art Event—the company’s sixth such collection—features everyday objects playfully reimagined by artist Daniel Arsham (part of the design collective Snarkitecture), Tokyo-based collective Gelchop, Stockholm creative duo Humans Since 1982, Rotterdam-based product designer Sabine Marcelis, and German illustrator Stefan Marx.
