Terrorist suspect accused by FBI of training for 911 style a

A Kenyan man who took a flight training course in the Philippines has been accused of plotting to hijack a plane and stage a 9/11-style attack in the US.
Cholo Abdi Abdullah was arrested on weapons charges in the Philippines last year. US prosecutors have not named which city he allegedly planned to target.
FBI officials said he was under orders from the al-Shabab Somali terror group and the plot involved crashing a plane into a tall building.

Mr Abdullah has pleaded not guilty on all charges, Reuters reports.
