TEN people in Somerset - including a care worker - won a share of £650,000 on Christmas Day (Friday, December 25). Eight neighbours in Street won £50,000 each, one neighbour won £100,000 and another - who had three tickets - won £150,000. Care worker Jane Cuddy, 52, received a £50,000 cheque. “That’s amazing, thank you so much," she said. "I’ve had a couple of years where I’ve had a pretty rough time so this means everything. "I’d have been chuffed with £1,000. “I feel like I’m in a bit of a dream at the moment because good things don’t always happen to me but they do today.”
