Taunton Mr. Massachusetts: Yurkovskiy vies for Mr. Supranati

TAUNTON — Taunton resident Michael Yurkovskiy already has the title of Mr. Massachusetts, but he's determined to become Mr. Supranational USA. 
The 25-year-old is a model, legislative aide for Republican State Rep. David DeCoste and leadership director and scholarship advisor for the Campus Leadership Project, an initiative by conservative non-profit Turning Point USA.
But now, he is making his debut as a beauty king. 
"I'm really just looking forward to the experience, to meeting people to finally show the world my talent and what I have to bring to the world," he said. 
Come May 14, he'll be competing against 20 other men for the title of Mr. Suprational USA, a cash prize, and the chance to win the international title of Mr. Supranational. The competition will take place at the Plaza Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas over the course of three days in front of a live and online audience.
