The crash occurred about 7:20 p.m. in the area of 300 New State Highway (Route 44).
"Upon arrival, first responders found the operator of the Honda motorcycle, a 32-year-old Taunton man, unconscious and unresponsive in the roadway," Raynham Police Chief James Donovan and Fire Chief Bryan LaCivita wrote in a joint statement.
The motorcyclist, whose identity wasn't immediately released, suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to a nearby landing zone at the Johnson & Johnson Institute on Paramount Drive, then flown by medical helicopter to Rhode Island Hospital.
Officials didn't have an update on the man's condition as of late Friday morning.
