Well, we now have another development in the Tata Nexon EV Delhi case -- the home-grown automaker has moved the Delhi high court against the Delhi government's decision to remove Nexon EV from the list of EVs eligible to receive subsidies. In its plea, Tata Motors asserts the authorities decided to delist the electric SUV on the basis of an isolated complaint by a disgruntled customer.
