James Bullshoe, 28, Toledo was arrested at 508-12 South Main Street on a warrant and for driving while barred and eluding with speed 25 over the limit. He was released March 6 on bond. March 1 Elizabeth Rose Bullshoe, 33, Tama, was arrested at 508-12 South Main Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and going armed with intent.
