Taiwan ticket scalpers to face 3 years in jail under propose

Taipei, April 6 (CNA) Ticket scalpers in Taiwan could face up to three years in prison and/or a fine of up to NT$3 million (US$98,298) under new rules proposed by the Executive Yuan.
