Synthetic delivery vector STxB induces mucosal immunity against viral antigens

Research describes the development of a synthetic delivery vector called STxB for mucosal vaccination. It induces mucosal immunity, including resident memory CD8+ T cells and IgA antibodies, against antigens derived from mucosal viruses when administered intranasally in mice.
