The Peterborough-based car supermaket operation said it achieved 215 car sales in the first week of physical car sales since the easing of COVID-19 'Lockdown 3', when it was selling around 80 cars a week on average during lockdown. The dealer said the performance had provided a “much needed boost” for the SW Car Supermarket team. SW Car Supermarkets chief executive Anton Khan – previously the subject of a dealer profile feature for AM – said: “To give it some perspective, we were selling around 80 cars a week on average during lockdown.
