Suspect arrested in October killing of 22-year-old man in SE Portland

Update: A grand jury declined to indict Dario Papa-Vicente on any charges in connection with the killing.
Police said Dario Papa-Vicente was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon. He is accused in the death of Noah Terry, 22.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired about 9:30 p.m., Oct. 24, at Southeast 48th Avenue and Southeast Division Street. Though they found no victims at the scene, but Terry later arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound, police said.
