The Supreme Court on Friday declined to consider a plea for re-polling in certain booths of Bihar's Munger constituency, advising the petitioner to approach the high court. The plea, filed by RJD candidate Kumari Anita, alleged booth capturing and rigging by JD(U) workers with local administration's help.
