BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) - Beckley Art Center is holding its 2024 Spring Fundraiser at Weathered Ground Brewery in Ghent on Saturday so they can keep going for another year and provide arts and education to the community. The importance of funding is everything. BAC is an outlet not just for people in Beckley. Visual artists
