PETALING JAYA: Some RM24,000 worth of ganja were seized following raids in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara and Bandar Utama. A total of 10 men, including a 25-year-old sundry shop owner, were detained during the operation conducted on Monday (March 8). Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said the sundry shop owner was the first person to be nabbed at his shop at about 9pm on Monday. "We seized 505gm of ganja stored in a refrigerator. "The suspect then brought police to a nearby house where 80gm of ganja were found," he told a press conference at the Petaling Jaya police headquarters on Wednesday (March 10).
