SUISUN CITY — The city – for the time being – will not mandate that masks be worn indoors to slow the spread of the virus that causes Covid-19. The topic came up for discussion and direction Tuesday during the City Council meeting. Councilman Mike Hudson opposed the idea, saying mandating masks indo
