The Ontario Register of Future Voters is a list of eligible 16- and 17-year-old students who will be automatically added to the voters list when they turn 18.

Local MPPs Jamie West and France Gelinas assisted in promoting the campaign, encouraging eligible students to get involved.
Participating schools included Bishop Alexander Carter Catholic Secondary School, Marymount Academy, St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School and St. Charles College.
“We are very proud of our students, teachers and guidance staff who have risen to the occasion and championed this civic engagement opportunity,” Peter Prochilo, superintendent of school effectiveness for the Sudbury Catholic board, said in a release. “Beyond the scope of this contest, Sudbury Catholic Schools always steps up to contribute to its communities on a local, national and a global scale.”
