Study: Do night owls live longer? Are early birds healthier?

Study says those who go to bed late may face health challenges their early-to-bed friends won’t encounter. Study in Experimental Physiology says that it could be misaligned circadian rhythm, but more study needed. Diabetes, heart disease both more likely with night owls, who burn carbohydrates for energy instead of fat like early birds.
