STOUGHTON — Jim Ravanis said he hopes he'll never have to see a fire like the one he saw early Saturday morning. Walking into a raging fire, Ravanis attempted to rescue a 93-year-old tenant who was trapped on the second floor of the home that he also lives in. "I can still taste the smoke," Ravanis said hours after the fire occurred. "It was like my eyes were shut — that's how black the smoke was." An early morning fire at the 2 1/2-story multi-family home at 69 Grove St. caused the death of that woman and displaced six residents who lived in the building.
