In a lawsuit filed against Kantrowitz, his tenants claim that he broke zoning laws by turning a commercial building into a boarding house with more than 12 rooms
The commune, BE Hive, was billed as a 'hub for spiritual but also modern and nomadic entrepreneurs', hosting workshops on micro-dosing drugs
