Steve Wright charged with kidnap and murder of 17-year-old Vicky Hall 25 years ago

Suffolk Police have confirmed 66-year-old Steve Wright has been charged with the murder of 17-year old Victoria Hall back in 1999. He is remanded in custody and will appear in court on Monday, June 3.
