A new chapter has begun at St. John's Episcopal Church with the arrival of the Rev. Jill Morrison, its new part-time priest-in-charge.

Morrison, who takes over for the Rev. Michael Carroll after he retired a year and a half ago, was formally introduced to the Waterbury congregation last month.
