St. Cloud man sentenced to prison for controlled substance crime

Ryan Scott Mattocks, 43, of St. Cloud, was sentenced May 26 to three years and nine months in prison for one felony count of third-degree controlled substance crime. He was given credit for 76 days served. One felony count of first-degree controlled substance crime and two felony counts of second-degree controlled substance crime were dismissed. Judge Robert Raupp presided. 
Jacob Isaac Larcom, 36, of Minnetonka, was sentenced to a stay of imposition for one felony count of domestic assault. With a stay of imposition, if Larcom successfully completes terms of probation, the conviction will be deemed a misdemeanor. One felony count of domestic assault was dismissed. Larcom was given credit for eight days served. Judge Laura Moehrle presided.
