Spring Clean Up event part of national effort to curb pollut

Daniel Kibbler and Camden Gheens, members of St. John’s Lutheran School Kind Kids club, pick up trash along Highway MM on Sunday during the Spring Clean Up event. Rainfall on Saturday delayed the event to the following day, and groups and individuals of all ages joined the effort to pick up trash and stop plastic from entering the Mississippi River and oceans.
