Sperreng Middle School teacher Adam Taylor has been selected to receive a 2021 Key to the Classroom Award from Special School District, honoring his achievements and dedication for service to students. Taylor was nominated for the award by several parents of students in his class. The Key to the Classroom Award honors SSD’s top teachers throughout the St. Louis County district. Among the more than 2,700 teachers in the district, just 10 are selected for the prestigious honor. All Key to the Classroom Award winners are also considered for the 2021 SSD Teacher of the Year award. He has been serving Lindbergh Schools for eight years, first as a paraprofessional and for the past five years as a teacher.
