Scores of people took to the beaches of Barcelona and the streets of Madrid to celebrate the end of Spain's six-month state of emergency to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, CNN reported. Many of the partying people were seen without masks, not maintaining social distancing and gathering in groups larger than six - which are all in violation of COVID-19 restrictions that still remain in place.
