South Dakota Senate Health thwarts attempt to ban 'homegrow'

Rep. Fred Deutsch, R-Florence, brought a bill that had passed out of the House of Reps to prohibit home cultivation of marijuana by cardholders. But the Senate Health committee defeated the bill.
