There, on Tuesday afternoon, Grundy said she was told the facility was "two weeks" behind due to staffing shortages related to COVID-19.
As she left, she said she would need to make sure the company waiting for her old iPhone was aware of the special situation.
Grundy was among a minority of people doing mail-related errands at the facility who told The Providence Journal that they've been affected by delays at the mail hub.
