SOG, police nab ISJK comdr on way to Jammu at NH SOG, police nab ISJK comdr on way to Jammu at NH Arms, ammunition, cash recovered Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Apr 4: The Special Operations Group (SOG) Jammu and police today arrested a commander of Islamic State of Jammu and Kashmir (ISJK) from Jhajjar Kotli on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway when he was on way here along with arms, ammunition and cash to carry out terror strike. He has been identified as Malik Umaid alias Abdullah son of Abdul Rashid Malik, a resident of Yaripora in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district. Joint teams of SOG Jammu and police under the supervision of SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli and SP Operations Naresh Singh during naka checking at Jhajjar Kotli intercepted vehicles for checking after developing specific inputs about movement of a militant towards Jammu from Srinagar.
