SRINAGAR: A number of aspirants for banking associate job in Jammu and Kashmir bank staged a protest here at Srinagar, seeking re-examination of those candidates who missed their examination due to snowfall in the morning shift on Sunday. “We could not reach the venue of examination on time due to snowfall as roads were clogged with snow early in the morning.

“We were not allowed to the centres on account of being late,” said Yasir Altaf Zargar, one among the protesters who assembled at Press enclave here. “There should be re-examination for all those aspirants who missed the examination scheduled in the morning shift,” he said as others seconded him.
