Slough songwriter's cancer battle as his record is released

Jeff Morton
A songwriter who achieved his lifelong dream of recording a record after battling brain cancer was this week lying in hospital - after suffering a seizure on the day the record was released.
Jeff Morton, 59, of Rokesby Road, Britwell recorded his song Home for Christmas in the Langley Recording Studio owned by Julian Gabriah.
Now he is hoping he will be well enough to make the lyric come true, and spend Christmas at home with his partner Tish.
The record is released through Julian's Heavy Traffic Music record label.
It all began when Julian saw Jeff singing his own songs at Slough's Herschel Arms pub a year ago.
