Photo: Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Dish Society has new West U location Dish Society has opened a new restaurant at 4191 Bellaire at Southside Commons between the West U and Bellaire neighborhoods. The new location at the adaptive re-use project inside the former Palace Bowling Lanes is the farm-to-table dining concept’s sixth restaurant. It occupies a 3,600-square-foot space with a full bar, seating for 100 inside, and 55 seats on a year-round patio. It was designed by Gin Braverman of Gin Designs.
