The company has filed to list under the symbol OMIC. The IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Cowen, and UBS Investment Bank. The company's largest shareholders are Deerfield Management, Domain Associates, Legend Capital, and Arch Venture Partners.
