AI圈的"她力量"：为

　　梦饷集团用3年多的时间，搭建了一个让更多人零成本创业的平台，如今这个平台上的用户有99.5%是女性，她们赚钱养家糊口，很好地平衡了家庭和事业。
　　除了“六便士”以外，“月亮”对女性来说，是更能证明自我的力量源泉。“航天科技女性把个人的小梦想融入家国的大梦想，所以迸发出的责任感和使命感会推着她们往前走。我们希望探索出一条有女性特色的，有新意有前景的创新之路。”上海航天空间站天和核心舱试验队队员、核心舱资源舱总装主任设计师吴金花表示。

　　商汤科技移动智能事业群副总裁石建萍就举了一个例子，在AR小巴的场景设计中，直男很难判断哪些对大众来说是好玩、好看的，女性天然有更丰富的想象力和共情力。
　　本次大会在探讨女性在科技行业内的现状和优势的同时，AI女性新型组织“AI女性菁英会”揭牌，“2021年长三角女性科技创新创业大赛”启动，AI领域“她力量”主题展也会同步进行。
　　科技女性的力量被逐渐看到，正如上海市委常委、常务副市长陈寅在大会上所言：“推进人工智能产业高质量发展，离不开包括广大女性在内的全体从业者的共同努力，女性人才尤其是年轻的女性群体是人工智能产业发展中不可或缺的骨干力量。”
