Siam Piwat Group, a prominent real estate and retail developer known for iconic properties such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, and joint ventures with ICONSIAM, ICS, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok, has signed a memorandum of understanding with King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).
