Sheriff's office: Teen being hit was 'direct result of risk of criminal activity'

The Kent County Sheriff's Office says a 17-year-old who was seriously injured when he was hit by a cruiser was not struck on purpose. The teen's family members say they want to see the video of what happened for themselves.
