The meeting for yesterdays Land Committee said in the agenda online that the chair intends to entertain a motion to refer this item for the full Board Meeting october 6th, which is today. Its impossible for the public [indiscernible] this is a very important item due to the pandemic. The item has been pushed item 62 on this agenda with Public Comment on item 65, which is a total slap in the face to the public who want to give input on something thats vital to us. I will urge this board to [indiscernible] i want to say that i support the legislation. I think its a huge brave act for our supervisors. Youre putting forward legislation like this. And i want to say that i really hope that your legislation can be jointly going with commercial property, with people that have small businesses, that are the heart of this citys economy. Splitting the issue between renters and businesses means pitting people against each other unnecessarily. I think we should all work together. Thank you for your time. Often times, through the president and supervisor peskin, you know that we do submit an inquiry to the Department Just to try to provide something which we do end out to the Board Members and keep in the file.
