Senator wants arbitral award recognized by high court : comp

Sen. Francis Joseph 'Chiz' Escudero sought a Supreme Court ruling recognizing the 2016 Arbitral Award in favor of the Philippines to make it part of the law of the land and upheld by future Philippine presidents.
