Senate postpones action on Judge Jennifer Barrett's confirma

Sen. Kesha Ram Hinsdale told colleagues on the Senate floor Friday that she would vote no on Barrett’s confirmation unless the Legislature heard directly from those most affected by the criminal justice system.
