Search for missing 11-year-old Chicopee boy continues with intensive aerial scan of Connecticut River

Police suspended their search for 11-year-old Aiden Blanchard late Saturday, and asked residnets in the Old Field neighborhood of Willimansett to review home surveillence video to see if he passed their homes.

CHICOPEE — The search for an 11-year-old who has been missing for six days continued on Thursday with a widespread aerial search of the Connecticut River.
Aiden Blanchard was last seen around 11:30 a.m. on Friday in the Willimansett neighborhood and is believed to have been heading to the area of the Medina Street Boat Launch at the Connecticut River. His family reported him missing later in the day.
