Scotts Valley City Council sends letters opposing housing bills

Alongside more than 100 other cities in California and with the support of the League of California Cities, the Scotts Valley City Council moved to send letters of opposition to state representatives at its meeting Wednesday regarding Senate Bill 423 and Assembly Bill 309.
