A source told The Scottish Sun on Sunday of a positive atmosphere at this week’s meeting with a “strong suggestion we might see things open up more quickly”.
It comes as the number of Scots fully vaccinated against Covid surged past the one million mark yesterday as beer gardens, cafes, gyms and more shops get ready to open from tomorrow.
