SCDOT to stop toll collections on Hilton Head’s Cross Island Pkwy in June

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WTOC) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will collect the final toll on Hilton Head’s Cross Island Parkway at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2021.
“The final payment date has been and always has been July 1, 2021.”
The road will be converted into a non-toll road, free for anyone to use. The change will make a big difference for those on the island
