Savannah lands on Daily Mail for St. Patrick's Day crowds :

Friday was the beginning to the six-day event called Shamrocks and Shenanigans Festival at the Plant Riverside District. In the article, Daily Mail said large crowds "were seen swarming the Plant Riverside" on Saturday and the mayor was not happy with the event.
