JAMMU, Dec 7: Crime Branch Jammu has booked four persons including a Sarpanch and two Revenue officials for allegedly producing fake certificate to contest ‘panchayat elections’ in Panchayat Halqa Bhajnow Nowhshera Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir.
