A seasoned epicurean with more than three decades of experience in top-rated restaurants and luxury properties across the globe, Chef Falbo brings his talents to the dedicated team at Rancho Pescadero, where he'll be at the helm of the resort's ethnobotanical culinary program, celebrating cuisine authentic to the Baja region.
