San Diego to pay $6M to family of mother, daughter killed by YouTube star in wrong-way crash

The City of San Diego has agreed to pay over $6 million to the family of a mother and daughter killed in a 2018 wrong-way, multi-car crash on Interstate 805 that also claimed the life of a teenage YouTube star.
