As part of his birthday celebration, the National Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammi Awuku on April 10, 2021 donated various items to students of the Akuapem School for the Deaf. He donated items which included Veronica bucket, De-Luxy paints, toilet rolls, antiseptic disinfection among others to the school. In a Facebook post, Sammi Awuku who was full of smiles described his special day as a “A Day Well Spent” According to him, he was delighted to touch many lives on his birthday. He encouraged the staff to continue to show love to the less privileged and pray for God’s guidance and protection upon them.
